Plastic Welding Torch

It’s normal phenomenon of sparks or smoke appear when first use. It will disappear after 5 mins of power up.
-Applicable to the welding of plastic sheet, and the use of equipment repair, and at the same time for instruments, instruments, dust, moisture, motor drying. Is an indispensable tool for the production of chemical plastics.
Plastic plate will become pliable state after heated to 130℃-140℃, and can be pressure forming easily. Welding temperature is about 240℃. Temperature of 5-10MM away from welding nozzle is about 200℃-260℃. When welding, be aware of distance between welding nozzle and welding point to get proper welding temperature.
If heating wire broke, twist-off connecting screws on shell, take out gun core and replace with the same specification gun core.
After using, pls put down gently, in order to avoid breaking gun core and short out of heating wire.
