Power tools are not limited to any specific industry. They are utilized by DIY enthusiasts and experienced contractors alike, simplifying the labor involved in production and manual work. With their electrical motors, they reduce the amount of strenuous labor required for a project and accelerate production time. Power tools are now being utilized in unexpected areas, which is beneficial for progress and innovation.

There has been a demand for cordless power tools since the inception of the industry due to cords being obstructive and potentially hazardous on construction sites with numerous individuals and large materials.  While corded tools are still a huge part of the market, this is because cordless tools haven’t been able to keep up.

However, there has been a recent shift from corded to cordless power tools as battery-powered options such as circular saws, band saws, hammer drills, impact wrenches continue to improve in performance and reliability. This transition is significant news for the industry as building sites become more mobile and efficient with these advancements in technology.
